Our founder, Olivia Glauberzon, created AFTER9 because all of the clothes she could find while pregnant were ugly, cheap or both. She then spent years listening to input from hundreds of moms, and personally measuring over 500 bumps and 1,000 growing, changing boobs. From there, she went on a mission to make clothes real moms would be excited to wear. And let’s face it: moms ask a lot of their wardrobes. Every piece has to go on quickly, be durable enough to be worn many times and even hide baby barf. Moms need clothes that can last through meeting time, naptime, feeding time and even gym time. They also need to have things like convenient pockets for a phone and a zipper for easy nursing.
We believe quality clothes should look good while meeting the challenges of being a mom. AFTER9 exists to support moms, both physically and emotionally, and make their world a better, more stylish, more comfortable place.
